Scott is former CEO of ITS America and of the Telecommunications Industry Association. Scott has extensive experience in the transportation industry and an expert in Federal and State government policymaking and budgeting. Scott is also a principal investigator for the Mineta Transportation Institute and has published multiple reports including, Is the Transit Industry Prepared for the Cyber Revolution? Policy Recommendations to Enhance Surface Transit Cyber Preparedness and Is There a Light at the End of the Tunnel? The Outlook for Cybersecurity Insurance and Transit in 2024
Andy Souders, Co-Founder
Andy has played role of CEO, CTO, CIO and CISO leading and growing companies including Federal Express, Motorola, America Online, NEW/Asurion, EZShield/Sontiq, and Clarity/Accenture. Most recently Andy was CEO, CTO and CISO of All Traffic Solutions, a recognized leader in the Smart Cities and Internet of Things (IOT) space. Andy has been on the receiving end of countless information security assessments and certifications and brings a passion to simplifying the process.
Mark Talbot, Advisor and Co-Founder
Mark is former CEO RedflexHoldings, Inc., and held leadership positions at Conduent, Xerox, Affiliated Computer Services, he has extensive experience in state and local government contracting, particularly in the transportation segment with 20+ years of experience in designing, building and deploying smart mobility solutions.
